Location: Bristol, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Will consider 9am-3pm, Flexible as required)

What's the role about? As HR & People Manager, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity

  • Drive cultural evolution, embedding values and improving engagement

  • Has proven experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally in an SME environment
  • Is equally comfortable at strategic level and delivering hands-on HR support
  • Brings strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Has a track record of managing recruitment and improving quality of hires
  • Is commercially aware and understands the link between people and performance
  • Builds trust quickly, communicates effectively, and handles sensitive situations with confidence
