We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative Sales and Commercial team. This is a pivotal role at the centre of pricing strategy, bid support and margin optimisation. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, influencing decisions, and ensuring commercial success from the outset.
This is not a sales role. It is a commercially strategic position focused on pricing integrity, profitability, and long-term value creation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of pricing activity across both new and existing business. You’ll play a key role in shaping competitive proposals, strengthening tenders, and ensuring margin protection across the business. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance and senior stakeholders — acting as a trusted commercial partner and bringing analytical rigour to every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy & Commercial Modelling
- Lead pricing for new business opportunities, including bespoke and complex projects
- Evaluate customer requirements, cost structures and market conditions
- Ensure all pricing aligns with margin targets and commercial governance

- Continuously improve commercial processes and reporting accuracy
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, financial modelling or a similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and modelling capability (comfortable building robust cost models)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
You may currently be working as a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or in a commercially focused finance role and looking to step into a more strategic, business-facing position.
Benefits
- Competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000)
- Annual performance bonus
- 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Pension scheme
- On-site gym
- Free lunch provided daily
- A collaborative, fast-moving environment where your analysis directly influences business success
