Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.00am-4.30pm, Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll act as the central link between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of key client accounts, building long-term partnerships
- Collaborate daily with production, planning, and technical teams
- Support new product development (NPD) initiatives with clients
- Drive account growth through strategic planning and commercial insight
- Manage regular communication via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to grow revenue and profitability
- Monitor forecasts, volumes, pricing, and overall commercial performance
- Coordinate internally with operations, production, and technical teams to meet customer needs
- Support and manage NPD processes, from concept through to delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in internal account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Ideally comes from a manufacturing or FMCG background (but not essential)
- Commercially aware and confident working with forecasts and account performance
