Warehouse Operative Coventry (Nuneaton) Fixed Shift Patterns 6am–2pm or 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Please note: For the first 4-6 weeks, you will be training at our site in Tamworth. Transport will be provided from our Coventry site (CV10 7JS).
Duties:
- We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic Coventry team!
- This full time role covers 37.5 hours per week across two fixed shifts: 6am–2pm or 10am–6pm.
- Working closely with our Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly, by taking ownership of tasks such as picking, packing, receiving goods, dispatching orders, and stock taking.
- The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a supportive, hands on team.
- Checking and booking in deliveries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receiving, storing, and processing goods through SAP, ensuring all actions meet agreed service levels.
- Picking customer orders precisely, following all warehouse guidelines.
- Preparing and dispatching shipments using approved third party couriers.
- Supporting a range of warehouse tasks, showing flexibility and a positive, can do attitude.
- Completing regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time.
- Following company policies, procedures, and legal requirements at all times.
- Actively contributing to health and safety initiatives.
