Duties

We have an opportunity for an “FP&A Analyst” with a strong system and reporting emphasis. Reporting to the “I&S Systems and Reporting Manager”, you will be business partnering the finance and commercial teams, providing information for decision-making with a remit to improve efficiency, visibility and accuracy of key systems.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Attain a strong working knowledge of key reporting systems such as Tableau, Alteryx and OneStream, EveryAngle, SAP, DW.
• Drive for continuous improvement in the front-end reporting functionality and back ground maintenance of those key reporting systems (ETL, master data, modelling, dashboards etc).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting goals with business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Ensure financial transparency and accountability through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Distilling large volumes of data and presenting concise reporting & analysis back to the business
• Using your own initiative to generate new reporting/analysis to help grow the business
• Other ad-hoc duties to include support for the FP&A function in other FP&A matters.

What We Are Looking For:

A sharp analytical mind, ability to interpret data, commercial acumen, ability to ‘tell the story’ and focus the business on what matters. Advanced excel and an ability to adapt an pickup up new reporting tools and processes. Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and ability to manage your own workload. You will be a very strong communicator, with the interpersonal skills required to become an effective business partner to the FP&A team.
