Duties

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Billericay team.

Reporting to the Production Team Lead , the successful candidate will work in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • When trained, be able to follow instructions on production orders with good attention to detail and work to Good Manufacturing Practice standards
  • Accurately weigh out raw materials and load mixing machines.
  • Liaise with our laboratory team and pack off finished production jobs.
  • To ensure the correct completion of all documentation.
  • Comply with strict housekeeping and hygiene rules and adopt a “clean as you go” mindset.
  • Be compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Cooperate on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation and the environment.

The successful candidate will have some level of production experience, have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work without supervision when required.

It is desirable that the successful candidate also holds a Counterbalance FLT license.
