The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

The role is for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. You will join the Supply Chain team and be responsible for raising purchase orders and managing stock levels, supporting daily transactions, and ensuring accurate paperwork is produced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, proactive relationships with your team and co‑workers
  • Complete all administrative duties within agreed time scales
  • Produce and process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders and scan various documentation
  • Liaise with 3rd‑party logistics via email and phone
  • Prioritise your workload effectively
  • Continuously review all activities adopting a “can‑do” and proactive approach
  • Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements
  • Support daily transactions and ensure accurate paperwork is produced to meet customer requests
  • Manage queries through the SAP workflow and assist colleagues with workflow queries
  • Support stock administration and work to very tight deadlines
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed
  • Review and investigate OTIF misses

Qualifications

  • Good numeracy and statistics skills and knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of SAP and RF systems is a significant advantage
  • Flexibility to meet varying administrative tasks
  • Strive for excellence in accuracy of information while maintaining a calm approach
  • Ability to meet all strict deadlines
  • Customer‑focused, providing excellent service at all times and a good team player
