Overview As an Export Customer Service Representative , you'll be the primary point of contact for customers requiring international shipments and export services. Working closely with customers, sales teams, logistics providers, warehouses, and regulatory stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently across international markets. As part of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our business and essential in building loyalty, trust, and long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Working closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to support and develop relationships with export customers across multiple international markets Providing first-class customer service by understanding customer requirements and ensuring export orders are managed efficiently from order placement through to delivery Managing customer communications through various channels, including phone, email, and CRM systems Processing export orders and coordinating shipments in compliance with international trade regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, dangerous goods documentation, and customs paperwork as required
