Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Monthly financial accounting for the EFC EMEA entities
- Detailed variance analysis on the monthly financial reports
- Preparation and approval of balance sheet reconciliations
- Working closely with the FP&A, in-country finance, operations and HR teams to ensure transactions are accurately reported
- Year-end statutory and tax compliance
- Key contact for internal and external auditors
- Assist with maintaining SOX compliance
- Other ad-hoc duties
We Are Looking For
The successful applicant must be CIMA / ACCA / ACA part qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience. You must be well organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently, whilst displaying enthusiasm to assist other members of the GL team when required. Ambition and a proactive attitude are essential. Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential. European language skills preferred but not essential. The role will provide a broad range of experience and is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, ambitious individual, looking to further develop their career in finance.
