Bradford Fixed Term - 12 months Maternity Cover £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed term HR Coordinator to join our HR Services team in Bradford! Reporting to the HR Services Manager you will be part of a small friendly team, providing services to our employees in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and be able to use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of this important function within the business.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the UK’s benefits such as Payroll, Pension, Reward Gateway, Fleet, Holiday Buy/Sell, Eyecare vouchers etc.
  • Working closely with other HR Coordinators and Advisors as part of the whole team.
  • Maintaining employee records in the HR systems, Employee Central Ask HR ticket system to perform daily operations and answering all general HR queries, in line with Univar’s HR policies.
  • Liaising with the HR Business Partners and other assigned functions to ensure that information is processed accurately.
  • Providing reports and analysis to stakeholders.
