Clear progression opportunities for high performers

About UniUpp: UniUpp is one of the UK’s fastest-growing student recruitment organisations. We support domestic learners in accessing student finance–funded university degrees, regardless of prior qualifications, academic history, or employment background. Our mission is to widen participation in higher education for underrepresented communities. About the Role: We are looking for confident, articulate, and target-driven Remote Student Advisors to join our UK advisory team. This is a remote, phone-based advisory sales role working with warm and hot leads only — individuals who have already expressed interest in going to university. Your role is to assess eligibility, build trust, and guide suitable applicants from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in telesales, call centres, customer service, recruitment, or education advisory roles who are comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.

Working Hours: Available shifts include:

  • Monday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Thursday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm OR 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Full-Time: 40 hours per week. Additional morning/evening shifts may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured advisory consultations over the phone
  • Manage inbound enquiries and complete outbound follow-up calls with warm leads
  • Assess applicant eligibility (settlement status, age, education, work history, funding criteria)
  • Clearly explain university programmes, government funding, and career pathways
  • Confidently handle objections and address applicant concerns
  • Collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation
  • Submit complete applications and manage cases through the CRM system
  • Liaise with university admissions teams to ensure a smooth and compliant enrolment process

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must currently reside in the United Kingdom
  • Confident, professional telephone manner with strong spoken English
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, recruitment, or education advisory roles (highly desirable)
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-working setup
