About this role:
Weekend visits are some of the most appreciated of the week: a familiar face on a quieter day. You'll cover a regular Saturday and Sunday round in a small geographic area, supporting the same clients consistently so they always know who's coming.
What you'll do:
- Deliver scheduled morning, lunch and evening visits
- Support personal care, meals and companionship
- Prompt medication on schedule
- Keep families updated where requested
- Communicate any concerns to the on-call clinical lead
What we're looking for:
- Available both Saturday and Sunday each week
- Reliable transport and a UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Caring, dependable and good with people
