About this role: As a senior carer you'll split your week between visits and team leadership: running shadow shifts for new starters, holding monthly one-to-ones, and helping shape care plans alongside our clinical lead. You'll be a steady presence for both the clients and the carers in your team.
What you’ll do:
- Mentor and supervise a small team of carers

- Cover priority visits when needed
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of UK community care experience
- Calm, organised and a great communicator
- Reliable transport and a UK driving licence
Visit a small, regular caseload of clients to support with personal care, companionship and the routines that matter most to them. Cover Saturday and Sunday rounds with our weekend team.
