This is a high-impact role within Unity's Channel organization, designed for a leader ready to drive strategy and execution across Europe and the Middle East. Unity's Channel organization sits within Global Partnerships and is responsible for a significant percentage of all Industry revenue for Unity globally. Within EMEA, we are actively increasing the team to support this rapid growth.

As the Manager for EMEA, you will report directly to the Global Channel Lead and serve as a vital part of the Channel leadership team. You will have the autonomy to not only drive short-term success through the retirement of revenue targets but also help shape the medium and long-term strategic direction for Channel at Unity. Unity has massive potential within the Industry sector, and with a sharpened focus on Partnerships, you will play a key part in defining the future of our success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a regional team of Partner Account Managers based in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Build and drive the regional channel strategy to ensure the consistent retirement and overachievement of EMEA revenue targets.
  • Play a critical role within the Channel leadership team, using market insights to shape the medium-to-long-term direction of Unity's partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate hand-in-glove with Unity's Direct Sales organizations to develop and execute robust co-selling strategies.
  • Lead the forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting cadence for the region, ensuring the Global Channel Lead has clear visibility into EMEA performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven professional background in sales, with experience functioning as both an Individual Contributor and a People Manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the 3D technology landscape, specifically within the Real-time 3D (RT3D), CAD, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) markets.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with key B2B industries, particularly Engineering, Manufacturing, and Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC).
  • Track record of building and executing Go-To-Market strategies that successfully scale revenue through indirect partners.

You might also have:

  • Fluency in more than one language to support cross-regional business.
  • Existing knowledge of Unity for Industry and an understanding of our market fit.
  • Previous experience specifically managing a Channel organization.
