Unity Well Integrity is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join our growing team, based in Aberdeen but supporting remote locations. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, provide support to managers in recruitment, inductions, learning and development and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date employee records. The role will be varied and would suit an HR Co-ordinator looking to move to Advisor level as the role will be supported by our external HR Consultancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
  • Provide support to managers in recruitment, inductions, learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with HR projects as needed and support the HR Consultancy engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within HR.
  • Demonstrated employment law knowledge and prior exposure to HR working practices.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to be flexible and manage different priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong HR system experience and experience with Cezanne would be an advantage.
  • Trustworthy and comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player with sound interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
