Unity Works has an exciting opportunity available for an Employment Advisor - Youth Team to join our team in Southwark, London (client facing). You will join us on a full time, fixed-term contract until 30th June 2027. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,866.09 per annum.

Working directly with young people aged 16-25 who are looking for work, you will be guiding them through every step of their employment journey. Delivering tailored, person‑centred advice and action plans, identifying goals and preparing individuals for the workplace, as well as working with employers to unlock inclusive opportunities.
