About The Role at Mill Lane Garden Centre:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to assist our Social Enterprise Manager in running our West Hampstead based Garden Centre. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident dealing with customers as well as championing a real commitment to improving the lives of adults with a learning disability. A candidate with a background in horticulture and developing community garden centre business opportunities would be desirable.
In addition, the individual will need to assist in the mentoring and supporting our trainees, financial and plant/stock management. A driving licence is essential.
