The role: We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant for an exciting opportunity to join our team. The Catering Assistant will support and train people with a learning disability, whilst working in this unique café environment. You will work as part of a dynamic team, to provide a professional service, delivering high quality food and coffee to our customers.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous front of house café experience
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Be highly person-centred, with a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities
  • Be enthusiastic about training people with a learning disability
