We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team and help keep the Bank running smoothly at the top level. This is a trusted, visible role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating activity and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in enabling the Executive Team to focus on delivering our priorities, bringing strong organisation, sound judgement and a calm, professional approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide high-quality Executive Assistant support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Manage complex and changing priorities with confidence, ensuring Executives are always well-prepared and organised.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, handling logistics and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Support the smooth running of Executive activity, keeping records, documentation and workflows organised and up to date.
  • Handle correspondence and enquiries on behalf of Executives, using discretion and sound judgement.
  • Support planning and delivery of Executive-led events, including logistics and coordination.
  • Contribute to budget tracking, expenses and administration to support efficient operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with data protection and organisational policies.
  • Work closely with other EAs and support colleagues to deliver a seamless, joined-up service.
