We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Change team and help shape the future of our banking systems and customer experience. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with business units, product owners, architects, and developers to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new solutions.
- Analyse processes, gather information, and document user needs.
- Produce high‑quality requirements documentation, gap analyses, and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops to refine requirements and explore solutions.
- Review supplier specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support UAT and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and fixes.
- Work within Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Support product owners with design and implementation challenges.
- Champion user‑centric design through ongoing engagement with end users.
- Assist with training, handover documentation, and updates to operational procedures.
