Unity Trust Bank is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support the delivery of our product strategy and help ensure great outcomes for our customers. This role sits at the heart of our Product Team, working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Marketing, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations and Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support product reviews and help deliver actions that enhance customer experience, regulatory adherence and commercial performance.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments, sharing insights with the Product Team.
  • Collate data, track product performance and contribute to proposals that support Unity’s commercial goals.
  • Assist in managing product literature, digital content and regulatory customer communications.
  • Support key operational processes including interest rate changes, terms and conditions updates, product training and reporting requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive good customer outcomes across Unity’s product suite.
  • Help maintain and strengthen key third‑party partnerships.
  • Contribute to risk and control activity, including audits, testing, incident support and governance for Product‑led committees.
