Unity Technologies is looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

HR Operations enables success for employees, managers, and internal partners by delivering compliant HR systems, processes, and employee lifecycle events across a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service across key HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to update procedures, meet audit standards, and mitigate non-compliance risks, ensuring smooth execution and an enhanced user experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication and support, ensuring expectations are met and processes are followed accurately.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, with a focus on automation and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems such as Workday and Jira, safeguarding accurate records and consistent documentation, and contributing to internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR professional with work across service areas, using HRIS and ticketing systems, and ensuring compliance with country requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, following established policies and guiding stakeholders within set guidelines.
  • Collaborative team player who works with teammates and stakeholders, leveraging cross-functional knowledge.
  • Resourceful problem solver capable of resolving issues independently and escalating complex ones when needed.
  • Customer-focused professional who stays calm under pressure, delivering high-quality service while managing multiple priorities and SLAs.
  • Experience with employees in varying countries within EMEA and contributing to country-specific projects (optional).
  • Experience working with Jira and Workday.
  • Flexibility to join occasional early/late calls with colleagues in other global offices across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency in English for professional verbal and written exchanges with worldwide colleagues and partners.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Gross pay annually: £31,400 - £47,000. The final offer depends on location, experience, and skill set.
  • Beyond base salary, eligibility for equity awards and participation in company incentive plans (such as discretionary bonuses or sales commissions) may apply.
