The Skills Development Programs (SDP) Operations & Ecosystem Manager owns the operational infrastructure, impact measurement, and long-term community lifecycle strategy across all SDP initiatives. This role is for the person who looks at a well-intentioned program and immediately sees the infrastructure it's missing, the tracking systems, the reporting frameworks, the alumni/community engagement strategy that would make it ten times more valuable. You'll own that build here, working across sales, customer success, and training delivery to make our skills programs something learners stay connected to long after completion. While supporting customer-facing delivery when contracts are active, the primary focus is building the internal systems, reporting frameworks, and community mechanisms required to drive sustained program impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and manage the operational infrastructure for Skills Development Programs (SDPs), including learner tracking systems, workflows, and scalable program processes.
- Define, track, and report on program impact, creating dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure outcomes such as enrollment, completion, certification, and employment pathways.
- Develop and manage the long-term learner ecosystem, including alumni communities, engagement initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and talent network growth.
- Implement and optimize CRM and automation systems to manage learner and partner lifecycle data, streamline reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate program delivery and cross-functional collaboration during active contracts, working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure programs meet defined KPIs and deliver measurable impact.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience running or scaling programs in education, talent development, or ecosystem initiatives, with a strong focus on operational structure and delivery.
- Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to define KPIs, track program performance, and translate insights into clear reporting and improvements.
- Experience building or managing communities, alumni networks, or engagement programs that keep participants connected beyond the initial program.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Training to coordinate program success and impact.
- A proactive builder mindset, someone who can operate autonomously, design processes from scratch, and introduce tools, automation, or systems to scale programs effectively.
- Experience working in early-stage teams or building new initiatives, where processes, structures, and ways of working were still being defined.
You might also have:
- Interest in talent development, education, or ecosystem building, with a genuine motivation to help learners grow and stay connected to a broader professional community.
Additional information:
- Relocation support is not available for this position.
- Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
