Product Design is going to be foundational to their next chapter, and they are looking for someone to set a new standard, creating clarity from complexity and raising the bar for the product and the industry.
The Role
- You will own the quality and direction of design within your product area, working closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead.
- You will be shaping how millions of people experience healthcare.
- Lead design, shaping problems and creating clarity from complexity.
- Stay close to reality by observing clinicians and working with onboarding and support teams.
- Push beyond obvious solutions while respecting real world constraints.
- Raise the quality and coherence of the product through strong craft and polish.
- Help establish the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale.
- As the design function grows, there is clear scope to shape systems, practices, hiring, and broader design leadership.
