We’re seeking an experienced Territory Support Specialist to support TAVI and structural heart procedures across the UK. This role provides hands-on clinical support in cath labs and theatres, working closely with physicians and partnering with the Territory Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support TAVI/structural heart procedures: pre-case imaging review, sizing, valve prep, loading, and on-site guidance.
  • Deliver clinical training to physicians and hospital teams.
  • Partner with Sales to support case adoption and therapy growth.
  • Use 3D reconstruction tools (3mensio/OsiriX) for case planning.
  • Maintain strong clinician relationships and provide product expertise.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years in medical devices or acute-care clinical support (TAVI, structural heart, interventional cardiology, vascular, EP).
  • Strong procedural knowledge and confidence in cath lab/OR environment.
  • Excellent communication, training, and clinician-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% across the UK.
  • Comfortable with imaging workflows and technical device support.

Prefer

  • Degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
  • Experience presenting at conferences or supporting cross-functional commercial teams.
