Job Title: Application Product Specialist – Diagnostics

Location: North UK (Scotland & North of England)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Biomedical Scientist or Application Support Scientist to join a leading healthcare diagnostics team as an Application Product Specialist . This role supports chemistry and immunoassay analyzers , along with pre- and post-analytical lab solutions , contributing to high-quality patient care through excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation support , system configuration , and workflow design
• Deliver user training , technical troubleshooting , and software updates
• Optimize system performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with product demonstrations , tender support , and technical consultancy
• Travel across Scotland and North of England to support customer sites

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in biomedical science , medical laboratory diagnostics , or clinical applications support
• Solid analytical , technical , and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and driven to deliver under pressure
