    • Serve as the escalation point for unresolved data issues and drive resolution with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Train, mentor, and coordinate junior DTLs and CDM staff
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary client‐facing contact for all data management deliverables
    • Manage ongoing communications, issue escalation, workload planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Lead discussions relating to timelines, resourcing, scope, and financial changes
    • Maintain strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Data Management & Quality
    • Create, review, approve, and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs)
    • Ensure all CDM activities comply with GCP, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and internal policies
    • Maintain audit‐ready documentation and lead responses to audits and inspections
    • Implement proactive quality management plans across multiple studies or programmes
    • Ensure timely follow‐up and resolution of compliance findings
    • Serve as Project Manager for single‐service DM projects when required
    • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables in line with the Statement of Work (SOW)
    • Review monthly financial reports and participate in project reviews
    • Identify out‐of‐scope activities and manage change orders through to completion
    • Support revenue recognition and invoicing activities
  • Process Improvement & Strategy
    • Identify root causes of delivery or quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Propose improvements to CDM processes, methodologies, and tools
    • Participate in or lead global and local best‐practice initiatives
    • Support the development and implementation of new DM tools, technologies, or standards
    • Contribute to SOPs, work instructions, training workshops, and knowledge‐sharing activities

Qualifications
