We are seeking a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 1 year Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a Junior Solicitor / Associate Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional law firm environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, deliver high-quality legal advice, and ensure full compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards and the SRA Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Attend client meetings, negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
- Ensure compliance with UK legal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate time recording, billing, and file management
- Meet fee targets and contribute to team performance
- Support client relationship management and business development initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor admitted in England & Wales
- Minimum 1 year PQE
