About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Cyber Security Solutions Specialist (AI, Product & Customer Enablement) to join a fast-growing cybersecurity technology business transforming how enterprises manage cyber risk through AI-powered security intelligence and automation. This is a unique opportunity for a cybersecurity professional who combines deep security domain expertise with customer-facing excellence. You will serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Enterprise Customers, helping organizations unlock the full value of an innovative security platform.
Working directly with Security Leaders, CISOs, Security Operations teams, and Enterprise Architects, you will design practical AI-driven security workflows, deliver compelling technical demonstrations, create scalable enablement programs, and shape product direction through customer insight.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Security Solutions
- Design and deliver high-impact cybersecurity use cases leveraging AI, automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Help customers operationalize security data through automated remediation, risk prioritization, and security process optimization.
- Identify customer challenges and develop practical solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and security outcomes.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered platform capabilities, including natural language interfaces and security workflow automation.
- Technical Customer Enablement
- Create and maintain customer enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, adoption, and time-to-value.
- Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, video tutorials, interactive guides, and training materials.
- Build reusable templates, best practices, and example workflows that showcase platform capabilities.
- Deliver workshops, technical training sessions, and customer education programs for both technical and executive audiences.
- Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Lead enterprise product demonstrations, technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and discovery workshops.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value for CISOs, Security Directors, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales teams to support customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Product & Market Collaboration
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and AI innovations.
- Ensure platform capabilities align with evolving enterprise security challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- Cybersecurity Expertise
- Strong background in Cyber Security, Security Operations (SOC), Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, or Security Engineering.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security technologies, security workflows, and cyber risk management practices.
- Experience working with security teams within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Critical Infrastructure.
- Customer-Facing Experience
- Proven success in Solutions Engineering, Security Consulting, Technical Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with both highly technical audiences and executive leadership teams.
- Technical Skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation technologies.
- Ability to build prototypes, workflows, or demonstrations using modern technologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, React, C#, Python, scripting, workflow orchestration, or frontend development is advantageous.
