Role Overview:
We are seeking a Data Integration Lead to support a large-scale enterprise program focused on master data harmonization , digital transformation , and cross-system connectivity . The role is instrumental in driving data quality, availability, and governance across analytics and operational platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable, robust data integration solutions .
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines between core systems (EDF, TM1, IBP, HFM).
- Collaborate with business teams , data owners , architects , and project managers to align integration initiatives.
- Document data flows , integration logic , and data lineage for full transparency.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot data issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance policies.
- Foster data literacy and communicate integration standards effectively.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Integration , Data Engineering , or Data Architecture roles.

- Proficient in SQL , API integration , and data modelling .
- Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with enterprise tools like EDF , TM1 , Mosaic , IBP , HFM .
- Strong communication and technical documentation abilities.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods or joint ventures.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Proficient with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
