The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied and interesting caseload while delivering exceptional service to clients. Your duties will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including probate, estate administration, care of the elderly, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trusts.
- Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.
- Supporting and collaborating with colleagues within the Private Client Team.
- Ensuring efficient and professional client representation at all times.
- Maintaining the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
The Experience You’ll Bring
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration.
- A genuine interest in private client work and delivering high-quality client service.
- Ideally, some experience in Trust matters.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
