Unity is looking for a Staff Partner Relations Manager to join our Industry Customer Success team, working with our highest-value enterprise customers across automotive, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors. These organizations use Unity to design, simulate, visualize, and collaborate in real-time 3D — from product configurators and immersive training to large-scale digital twins — and rely on us to turn that technology into measurable business outcomes.

This is our most senior individual-contributor role in the Partner Relations team: a strategic business partner to customers and a leader-without-title inside Unity. You'll own engagement, adoption, and expansion across a portfolio of top enterprise accounts, act as a senior advisor to Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership, and translate what you hear from customers into recommendations that shape Unity's Industry strategy. Beyond your accounts, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor other PRMs, and help define how the role itself evolves. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership of strategic outcomes — commercial, product, and organizational — at a pivotal moment for Unity in Industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead engagement, adoption, and expansion across Unity's highest-value Industry enterprise accounts, owning measurable outcomes in retention, ARR growth, and multi-product expansion.
  • Partner with Sales on multi-year growth strategies — whitespace mapping, cross-sell and up-sell, renewal risk mitigation, and expansion into new business units — and support enterprise deal cycles with customer insight, risk analysis, and executive alignment.
  • Act as the strategic customer voice to Product leadership, identifying patterns in customer sentiment, product gaps, and opportunities, and translating them into actionable Unity-wide recommendations.
  • Own and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, and drive alignment between these teams for key customers.
  • Build and own strategic narratives for C-suite and VP+ engagement within top accounts, and represent Unity Industry in executive-level internal and external forums, events, and lighthouse customer stories.
  • Coach IC6/IC7 PRMs through complex customer challenges, lead team-wide development programs, and help shape the future evolution of the PRM role.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in customer success, technical account management, or strategic advisory roles with large enterprise customers.
  • A track record of owning commercial outcomes — retention, expansion, and revenue growth — across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and VP+ stakeholders, both customer-facing and internal.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at scale, aligning Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing around a shared direction.
  • Clear, candid communication — surfacing risks, misalignments, and difficult messages early, with empathy and respect.

You might also have:

  • Domain experience in automotive, manufacturing, AEC, or other industrial 3D, simulation, or digital-twin use cases.
  • Familiarity with real-time 3D technology (Unity or comparable), CAD data pipelines, or enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Experience mentoring senior individual contributors or building enablement and development programs.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance.
  • Commute subsidy.
  • Employee stock ownership.
  • Competitive retirement/pension plans.
  • Generous vacation and personal days.
  • Support for new parents through leave and family-care programs.
  • Office food snacks.
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and support.
  • Employee Resource Groups.
  • Global Employee Assistance Program.
  • Training and development programs.
  • Volunteering and donation matching program.
