As a Senior HR Compliance Partner at Unity, you’ll leverage your background in HR to consult on all aspects of HR compliance for a select number of countries while also being able to speak to potential similarities and differences regionally. As a trusted advisor, our teams will look to you for guidance on day‑to‑day HR Compliance questions, enabling the business and our partners to make better decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining the intranet page, prioritizing ease of use for our partners and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance on HR Compliance requests.
- Support the roll out of HR compliant processes, programs and projects to enable business deliverables, in partnership with Talent Strategy Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
- Partner with the relevant teams to support the preparation and submission of statutory reports and government surveys as required.
- Stay current with and keep our teams informed of changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and mitigate risks.
- Act as a point of escalation for Talent Strategy Partners and HR COEs when it comes to HR Compliance queries.
- Participate in solution development and rollout for compliance‑related issues.
- Provide feedback on Unity’s HR programs and policies to ensure adherence with local employment laws.
What we’re looking for:
- Familiarity with relevant local employment laws and regulations in Israel.
- Flexibility and openness to changing priorities.
- Experience with delivering process improvements.
- Highly organized and analytical approach to work.
- You might also have:
- Ability to speak Hebrew.
- Familiarity with employment laws in the United Kingdom.
- Experience driving government required reports, audits, or surveys.
