We need an Audience and Analytics Manager to oversee the Unity Audience Hub, managing the full lifecycle of audience development, segmentation, and activation—from data sourcing to measuring commercial impact. This role is a unique blend of data, technology, and commercial strategy, focused on delivering impactful solutions for Unity's programmatic advertising clients and stakeholders using our first‑party data.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage internal data pipelines to integrate all available Unity data into Audience Hub.
  • Partner with technical teams (data science, ops, engineering, BI) to co‑develop solutions.
  • Provide commercial teams with performance insights and an end‑to‑end data measurement framework.
  • Develop a global data dictionary using proprietary Unity signals and manage the Audience Hub taxonomy.
  • Support sales teams by building custom audience segments and measurement solutions.
  • Provide operational support for daily tasks, including campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and RFP response.
  • Serve as an audience insights specialist, understanding Unity’s global audience.
  • Partner with product/commercial teams on research and data exploration to make strategic growth recommendations.
  • Manage clean room operations for client first‑party data collaboration and provide insights to sales/GTM teams.
  • Work with measurement partners to apply industry‑leading solutions and align objectives with outcomes.
  • Drive cross‑platform measurement strategy and implementation to demonstrate media investment value.
  • Oversee post‑campaign reporting for audience‑targeted campaigns, collaborating with Sales/Product to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Programmatic ad experience, leveraging data and analytics.
  • Audience data management, familiar with leading DMPs.
  • Data management/modeling experience in cloud environments (GCP, Snowflake, etc.), including data clean rooms.
  • Experience in the mobile gaming/app advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent technical writing, skilled in using LLMs for documentation.
  • Solutions–oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

You might also have:

  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in in‑app environments and specifically within the mobile gaming eco‑system.
  • Experience in applying your skills and knowledge in both US and non‑US international markets.
