Thomas Gainsborough School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and highly visible Student Supervisor to join our support staff team. This is a key role within the daily life of the school and would suit an individual who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a calm, safe and purposeful environment where students are supported to thrive. Responsibilities
- Support behaviour and pastoral systems across the school
- Be visible around the school site throughout the day
- Build positive relationships with students
- Support students in getting to the right places at the right times
- Support the Reflection Room
- Provide first aid support where required
- Promote high standards, routines and expectations across the school
