Contract: Part Time, Permanent (16 hours per week / 37 weeks per year)

We are seeking a vibrant, flexible and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work in our Nursery school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings energy, positivity and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • Can adapt quickly to changing needs and environments
  • Works confidently as part of a team and builds strong relationships with staff and pupils
  • Shows patience, empathy and a commitment to inclusive education

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils’ learning in class, small groups or 1:1
  • Assisting teachers in delivering high‑quality learning experiences
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
  • Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
