Castle Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Years 7 to 11, both in the classroom and in small group interventions within our specialist Cognition and Learning Hub “The Arch.”

Key responsibilities:

  • Support learning across Years 7 to 11.
  • Provide classroom assistance.
  • Deliver small group interventions within the Cognition and Learning Hub.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and demonstrate the PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven.
