About the role: Learning Support Assistant at Abbots Green Academy. Join Abbots Green Academy at a time of significant investment in excellence. We are looking for a colleague who shares our ambition, puts children first and lives our values of integrity, inclusion and kindness. As Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with additional needs to flourish both academically as well as socially and emotionally. You will work on a one-to-one as well as in small groups to ensure an inclusive approach to learning. As part of the role you will be working as part of a dynamic fast-paced team of support staff and teachers, and reporting to the SENCO and wider leaders in school. Belonging at work matters here. Your contribution is relied upon every day, and small actions make a real difference to pupils and colleagues.
