Finance Administrator
Wetherby | Β£30,355 per annum | Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, company bonus, company pension, free on-site parking

This role would suit someone with previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role and a strong attention to detail.
The role:

Processing purchase invoices and credit notes

Chasing end-of-month statements and ensuring all invoices are received

Chasing aged debtors

Setting up new customer and supplier accounts

Processing employee expenses
-
Making supplier payments
-
Taking incoming finance-related phone calls, including processing card payments

Posting bank payments using accounting software

Managing the finance email inbox
-
Releasing held orders once payment has been received
About you:
-
Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role

Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator with a team-focused approach

Experience using SAP would be advantageous
