Private Client Legal Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
We are recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Private Client team in Malton.
This opportunity would suit someone with previous legal or administrative experience, a Law graduate looking to start their career, or an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in the legal sector.
The Role
- Providing administrative support to the Private Client team
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting fee earners with a variety of private client matters
- Diary management and general office administration
About You
- Previous legal, professional services or administrative experience would be advantageous
- Law graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organisational and communication skills
