Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Winning new business through proactive sales and business development activity
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Growing and managing your own specialist market
- Identifying and engaging high-quality contract professionals
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Negotiating commercial terms and contractor rates
