What you'll be doing Acting as deputy Client Relationship Manager on larger accounts, supporting the Managing Director. Taking ownership of a portfolio of smaller clients, delivering a consistently high standard of service. Coordinating renewals, annual reporting and key client activities alongside the Client Support team. Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and grow your portfolio. Supporting new business development by following up leads, attending client meetings and presenting the company's services. Building your technical knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk and healthcare.
