Wetherby | Β£30,355 per annum | Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

The role:
- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
- Chasing end-of-month statements and ensuring all invoices are received
- Chasing aged debtors
- Setting up new customer and supplier accounts
- Processing employee expenses
- Making supplier payments
- Taking incoming finance-related phone calls, including processing card payments
- Posting bank payments using accounting software
- Managing the finance email inbox
- Releasing held orders once payment has been received
About you:
- Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role
- Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a team-focused approach
- Experience using SAP would be advantageous
