The Role

This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role where you will manage warm inbound enquiries only, meaning there is no cold calling involved. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals, guiding them through the full sales process in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Conducting needs analysis to understand client objectives
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Onboarding qualified individuals and managing them through the sales process
  • Preparing and sending detailed proposals
  • Communicating via phone, email and other platforms
  • Attending UK-based face-to-face meetings
  • Closing deals and maximising client retention

About You

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with senior and high-value clients
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, driven and commercially minded
  • Positive, professional attitude
