Location: Yeadon, Leeds

Salary: £30,000 p/a plus excellent benefits including a company bonus, 20 days holiday plus stats and your birthday off.

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team providing support to the Project Managers with administration and scheduling of works. The ideal candidate will be a team player and demonstrate a passion for their work. The role requires a hardworking, driven individual with a strong work ethic. Taking ownership and being proactive is essential in this role.

Project Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Keep records of subcontractors, including SCAF forms, DBS checks, insurance etc.
  • Onboard new subcontractors as required.
  • Keep the project tracker and programme of works up to date.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and project managers daily.
  • Gather daily reports from Project Managers.
  • Help build a system to streamline all processes.

Requirements:

  • Project Coordinator/scheduling experience.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Experience using scheduling and project management software.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Adaptable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work off own initiative.
