This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role supporting a respected investment team within a dynamic, growing business. About the Role You’ll be at the heart of the Harrogate office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. From coordinating meetings and events to providing high-quality administrative support, you’ll be an essential part of the operations. You’ll work closely with the Investment Director and Manager, liaise with colleagues across other offices, and provide support with business development initiatives. This role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and the chance to work alongside professionals who are passionate about what they do. Key Responsibilities · Providing personal assistant support to the Investment Director and Investment Manager. · Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and booking travel. · Supporting the planning and execution of client events and business development initiatives. · Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and communications. · Acting as the first point of contact for administrative queries, ensuring a professional and timely response. · Liaising with internal teams (including Compliance and Client Administration) to ensure work aligns with FCA and GDPR requirements. · Assisting with CRM database management and general office coordination. · Providing occasional remote support to the London office, particularly during holidays. · Attending regional meetings and events as needed. What We’re Looking For · A professional, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills. · Proven administrative or PA experience, ideally in a dynamic office environment. · A high level of integrity and a genuine commitment to client service. · Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. · Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Teams.
