Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the despatch process for customer orders, including producing warehouse paperwork such as picking notes, delivery notes, invoices, and pallet labels.
- Contact customers to schedule deliveries and address any delivery queries.
- Collate brochures and labels for customers' merchandising needs.
- Handle customer queries related to deliveries, ensuring excellent service at all times.
