The Role:
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Managing incoming applications, conducting discovery calls and interviews, and accurately recording outcomes
- Maintaining the candidate database for effective future searches
- Promoting vacancies to suitable candidates and providing preparation support
- Coordinating and confirming interviews, delivering feedback, and maintaining contact with candidates
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process alongside senior consultants
- Creating candidate and client marketing content in line with brand guidelines
- Actively using social media to promote roles and increase overall reach
