A Junior Recruitment Consultant position is available with a 4-day work week, offering a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus commission. The role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Thursday (36 hours per week) in Knaresborough, fully office-based, with a driving licence required.

The Role:

  • Sourcing candidates through advertising, social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Managing incoming applications, conducting discovery calls and interviews, and accurately recording outcomes
  • Maintaining the candidate database for effective future searches
  • Promoting vacancies to suitable candidates and providing preparation support
  • Coordinating and confirming interviews, delivering feedback, and maintaining contact with candidates
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process alongside senior consultants
  • Creating candidate and client marketing content in line with brand guidelines
  • Actively using social media to promote roles and increase overall reach
