On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator Harrogate £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Company Van Provided - Yorkshire travel Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Our client is looking for a practical, organised and customer-focused individual to join their team as an On-site Maintenance & Project Coordinator. This is a varied, predominantly site-based role combining project support, customer liaison and hands-on maintenance activities. Working closely with customers, suppliers and contractors, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is not an office-based project coordination role. The majority of your time will be spent on-site supporting projects, coordinating activities and assisting with practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities * Acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout their project * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries * Visiting sites to monitor progress and help keep projects on schedule * Keeping customers updated throughout the project lifecycle * Assisting with maintenance, commissioning and handover activities * Supporting contractors and helping resolve on-site issues * Learning and developing an understanding of specialist equipment and systems About You * Practical or technical background * Strong communication and customer service skills * Organised and able to manage multiple priorities * Comfortable working on-site and alongside tradespeople * Proactive approach to problem-solving * Willingness to learn new technical skills * Full UK driving licence Previous industry experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Suitable candidates may come from a hands-on background such as building, plumbing, maintenance, landscaping, groundworks, installation or general construction.
