Salary: Β£26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break | Part-time considered, including school hours and reduced working days | Flexible working patterns available

The Opportunity

Administrator Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining client records and documentation
- Managing administration systems and processes
- Coordinating and booking meetings
- Preparing business correspondence and reports
- Gathering information to support business activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You:
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- Professional, positive and adaptable approach
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
